Your vacancy will then be broadcast across our comprehensive network of online job boards in addition to your dedicated consultant searching through the major CV databases, with access to over 5 million candidates to provide you with a shortlist of people that match your requirements.
This shortlist of candidates will have been screened and interviewed thoroughly before being presented to you, we also like to provide you with additional references or testimonials where available to give you even more detail to the candidate's background before you've even met them.
To give you an idea as to how much this may cost, we'll even show you our fee's now, they are based purely on the basic annual remuneration, we are not going to charge you extra for providing a car, additional bonus, healthcare or pension:
Salary up to £25,000 - 15%
Salary above £25,000 - 20%
